Sorting Drag & Drop Lectora
***All template files are tested using modern browsers, such as Chrome and Firefox. We do not support or test using Internet Explorer.***
Today we'll be discussing the xAPI features of our Starter Sorting Drag and Drop template.
In this file, as with most in a Lectora style, we've defaulted to Lectora's built-in statement options.
The way this file works is pretty simple, really.
When a learner successfully matches all draggers to their dropzones, a success feedback group will appear, and a "mastered" statement will be sent to your LRS.
It looks like this.
If a learner does not match all draggers, an incorrect group will appear and several statements may or may not fire.
All matched draggers will send statements.
All mismatched draggers will not.
To edit either of these, you'll need to get into an action group.
Both types of statements are on Feedback groups.
The mastered statement can be found on the Correct feedback group.
The dragger statements can be found on the Incorrect feedback group.
If you select any of the actions, you can customize their values using Lectora's actions pane.
For the draggers, we've included their names, in plain text, but for the mastered statement, we've used a Lectora system variable for the page name.
Obviously, you can adjust this to anything you'd like.
We're also using the system variable for the drag and drop activity on this layout to provide conditions for each of the dragger statements.
After edits, you just need to publish your file to xAPI to get statements going to your LRS.
