Scrolling Text Captivate

In this video, we're going to take a look at the basic structure of our Scrolling Text Scenario Captivate template, and how to make simple edits like changing text in the file. First let's look at the structure.
Scenario content for this file is presented in scrolling chat bubbles.
Once the 4th chat becomes visible, a selection group will launch, presenting the user with 4 choices.*
Based on that input, a Correct or Incorrect message displays with additional content or remediation.
The user can close the incorrect feedback and return for another try.
Editing content on this one requires a bit of work in the states pane.
In the scenario content area, for instance, we switch between states on the chat message elements 1 & 2 to simulate a scroll up/down when the user presses an arrow button.
To edit the content in this area, select the captions and then edit their states.
Do the same for images.
The third message is static.
The selection buttons are standard Captivate shapes, and can be edited through the properties pane.
To edit them, first enable the button_group in the timeline, and select a specific button.
Note that each button has multiple states.
Similarly, if you'd like to edit the feedback, you'll need to enable the feedback_group on the timeline, then select the feedback text caption.
Then, enter the state view pane to adjust the correct and incorrect styles.
To set the correct button/answer, go to variables and assign CorrectAnswerButton_9433444 with a value from 1 - 4, depending on which button you'd like to be correct.
1 for button 1, and so on.
