In this video, we're going to take a look at the basic structure of our Ripple Scenario Storyline template, and how to make a few simple edits like changing text in the file. First let's look at the structure.
This is a multi-slide template. We've included versions with between 5 and 2 clickable objects. We'll be focusing on just the first slide today. All the others follow its format exactly.
On the base layer, we've got a very simple target-style visual. Each selectable element of which is labeled. To the left we have introductory content, and at far left, vertically-oriented, we've got a title. All of these elements are directly editable as standard SL objects. Color, stroke, style, state—all straightforward.
When the user clicks one of the circles in the main visual, a corresponding layer will appear ("circle 1" – "circle 5"). That layer will have a main image or images, an overlapping circle element, text header and body copy.
As with the main layer, all elements on this screen are standard and editable. Select the text box you'd like to change and edit as desired.
To change the images, right-click and select change picture.
